People are unfriendly snobbish watch me constantly as like a hawk as if I'm going to do something I've lived here all my life and they look at me like they're ready to call the cops which they have in the past so I give this a rating of minus everything thank you!

Great location, really nice docks. Expensive for a slip, hut you get what you pay for. Limited parking during busy summer days, but additional parking across the street.
