My wife and I went in looking for information about a car loan a few weeks ago. The two people we interacted with acted like we were inconveniencing them. Five minutes after going into one lady's office to discuss account and loan options, she took a clearly personal, non-emergency phone call right at her desk with us sitting there twiddling our thumbs. After she chatted for about ten minutes, I was ready to just get up and walk out. Shortly after, we did walk out after being told their loan rates.I would definitely NOT recommend this sleepy, unprofessional credit union to anybody.
