The absolute WORST customer service with any bank I’ve ever banked with. The people that work there are incredibly rude.The tellers act like you’re bothering them when you come in and ask for anything. Scoffs and eye rolls are what you get.On top of that, asking anyone to return your call or email you back regarding your account is like pulling teeth. Go with Keesler or Navy Federal. Much better rates and customer service. Honestly, any bank besides this one is a better choice in my opinion.

Worst bank I've ever dealt with in my entire life. My car was totaled in December and they continued to take payments out of my account even after they received over $1,100 from a warranty refund. After my car was totaled, I talked to them on the phone and told them not to take money out of my account anymore (I was signed up for autopay) yet they told me "You're still responsible for payments" Ok? Thats dandy. I planned on calling them whenever I had money for my loan. Fast forward 3 weeks, I go to the store only to have $1.48 in my account. I talked to a loan officer named Fredricka and told her there was ZERO consent givien for them to take money out of my account and she abruptly states "You gave consent when you signed the papers." Without any empathy or further explanation, the phone call ended. I couldn't believe how careless she was. That was honestly the most unprofessional conversation I'd ever had in my entire life. So I was broke, carless, and they said I STILL owed $1,200 on the car loan. Luckily gap insurance came through 2 weeks later but I quickly realized I never want to buy another car through this establishment again, I'd bike to wherever I have to go before I ever step foot in any of their banks again. Aside from their unprofessionalism, its impossible to get in touch with them (High call volume) and they don't have many locations which can be a pain in the butt if you live far from one.

If you’re a literal child and want a job, apply within. Loan officer Gino could not help me with what I needed due to a past due balance on my account, which I understand. I’m sure part of his job includes customer service, so I’m wondering why I was screamed at over the phone? Then he proceeded to call me a liar, which apparently I was “lying” about something I had never even said as it was almost completely off topic. As I was trying to ask him questions about how I go about getting a replacement title, he dodged my questions and said he “didn’t understand” or “didn’t know what I was talking about” all while steadily interrupting me. This is not the first negative experience I’ve had with him, he has threatened my mother as well. He continued to call my work after I told him that the line is for business and not personal phone calls and asked him to stop calling my job. He slid a notice of debt underneath the front door of a house that I no longer lived at. I guess if I want a job where I can do whatever the hell I want, I know where to go.I also find it comical that they don’t allow visitor posts or reviews on their Facebook page. But once you come to Google you see why.

Tried calling no one would answer and after several times they were rude and very unprofessional and just seemed like they did not want to help me nor wanted my business. They told me for over a week some one would call me now ever did and the won't let you speak to anyone when they do answer it is strictly an answering service.

Make sure you check your account daily. They will charge you fees and try to change things on your account when they feel the need too. I called and not in any way did they try to help or come to an agreement. Then they ask you why you won't do all your banking with them?? Are you kidding me my other bank would never make up a fee to charge me!!

This is a great credit union! Everyone is always pleasant to talk to and they also offer great auto finance rates! Their rates are less than 3%
