The teller machines look too much like an ATM! I sat in front of one for like 5 minutes wondering why my card wasn't being read by the darned machine taking it out and putting it back in again! What happened to the usual vacuum tubes that are at banks?

We have a business account there I took a check from my business account in there to cash it and they wanted to charge me. Back to SunTrust. And no ATM except in back in a car lane. and the lady that didn't want to cash my check without charging me was very cold and rude rude. No more grow financial.

I've been banking with Grow for years and I love them. I've never gone into a branch and had a problem everyone is always super nice and super friendly.

Just went out there to pay a bill to find out they closed their doors 20 minutes before closing time on a Saturday. I decided to try drive through thinking that the 5 cars ahead of me were dealing with someone at the window, but it was nothing more than the ATM. They wasted 45min out of my one day off. Now I have to return during my work hours on Monday. I'm lucky my bill isn't due for a couple more days.

Never an account problem. Direct deposits there on time. People are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I will never use a corporate big bank again.

I don't have an account with Grow Financial but one of their customers wrote me a check in payment for services. So I went to Grow Financial on Park Blvd to cash that check. They charged me $5 to cash their check because I don't have an account with them! That was more than 10% of the check amount!!!! This is the 4th check I have cashed at the issuing banks and I have never been charged. Even Bank of America cashed their check for free! The lady behind the counter was cold and rude. I am now going to offer a cash discount to my grow financial check writers. I'd rather give it back to the check writer instead of a bank such as this!

I paid off my car loan and they never sent me a letter about an over payment as other banks do. The money sat in the savings account they made me open for the loan. Conveniently for them they send statements every 2 months, so I didn't know about the money being there for all that time. When the statement arrived I noticed they removed $20 in "maintenance fees" at $10 per month, plus $2.00 for the printed statement. Stay away if you actually value your money.
