Sorry to give her a low review. But I wish I read her reviews before hiring her. She failed to e-file a tax year citing that she didn't have authorization from me when in fact she had a filled-out form 8879 (Authorization to E-File) that had my PIN. She filed other forms on my behalf but completely missed filing my 2015 tax return. She claims my tax attorney filed the return. I really don't like it when professional people place the blame for their failures on you or others. I paid $1000 for her tax services only to find out that my return was never filed. I lost hundreds as a result of this blunder.
