SO glad I dont bank here anymore. Haven't for years. I came here today to cash a check that was written by someone who is a member of this credit union to avoid trouble since it's a 2 party check. I had to pay $5 for nothing more than cashing a check from one of their members. Stupid and unnecessary. If you're looking for a great credit union go to Members 1st. They don't charge all these crazy fees and treat you like royalty.

Ami has gone way above and beyond for me and my family. She has always made us feel welcome, very curteous, even called us after hrs to make sure we got what we need. This whole establishment needs 10 stars not 5 especially Ami.

Has small business personal approach to treating customer. Has all the perks of the big banks with none of the customer as a number treatment. The staff seems to know most members by name. I always get in and my transactions handled quickly and accurately.

The people that work at the Ames division are extremely rude over the phone. They act like it is a burden for you to call them and have extremely poor customer service. Lori was disrespectful, rude, and she talked back to me like I was stupid. I would never suggest this bank to anyone.

Wanted to leave a compliment about Rachel Brazelton at the Lincoln way branch because too many people focus on the negative when it comes to businesses and good customer service deserves recognition too. :) Rachel has been extremely helpful and so friendly! My husband and I walked in on a Saturday close to closing and she sat with us, answered all our questions and even gave us helpful information we didn’t even think to ask about. She was enjoyable to talk with and gave us her full attention. Even after leaving and contacting her through email she was quick to respond and beyond helpful. THIS is what great customer service looks like! Thank you!
