Have to say, not very pleased with their customer service. Went to their website and had some questions. Using the phone doesn't work the best for me so asked them in an e-mail on the contact page. Waited a few days, but didn't receive a response. Thought well, things can happen. Maybe it got lost, etc. So, tried it again. Then waited a few more days. But still no answers. Even though after you message, it says something like "thanks for your e-mail, we will get back to you shortly." They also had a link on their website to a Facebook page. So, tried that also. But still no response.
