Overall Feedback:
Adam is the most rudest person I've ever met in customer service. He does realize the calls are monitored and recorded? I like how he hangs up while you're talking like he is some type of tough guy or something. Boy can't wait to meet him in person someday! I hope people avoid globe acceptance just because of adam and then maybe the company will realize how big of a POS he really is.
