They make this sound like it is an office job. It is a pure sales job and no one can meet the quota. Everyone eventually gets fired from the inside sales department. They are constantly looking for new salesmen. That is because they fire them all when they can't meet the quota.IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNER........This is not just about me. Other people who have been there longer have been treated very poorly. This is the most unstable company I ever worked at. The customers do not want to hear the music. I have been hung up on because of the music. Why would you want music played at your company that says the F word or has nasty lyrics while trying to converse with customers? Basic training is needed in how to sell. Do you want to lose customers?
