Global Home finance was so easy to work with. They helped advise on which program would work best. I feel I saved hundreds on monthly payments just by following their recommendations on a mortgage program that fit my scenario best. Also, they were great with communication on letting me know what to expect as far as which documents I would need to provide. Thank you for a great experience! I couldn't be more relieved about my monthly payments!

Jerry Rupe! This gentleman as well as his colleagues were phenomenal. Jerry was patient, genuine, and very knowledgable about the home buying process. He went above and beyond to keep us in the loop and literally bent over backwards to accommodate any and all of our needs. Thanks to Jerry, we are now home owners.

If you want a smooth closing process, as well as hope of closing on time, take your business elsewhere. They constantly changed our closing date and would barely return any of my phone calls, text messages or emails. If they did call me back, it would be late in the evening. We didn’t even know which day we were going to close until the day of closing. As soon as we paid for the appraisal, they put us on the back burner and were very unprofessional and rude. They blame everyone else for their mistakes. They even charged my debit card for an inspection I shouldn’t have paid for. Go somewhere else and save yourself the headache.

Brad, Bob, Tavio and Haris were wonderful to work with! We appreciate all of their hard diligent work that went into getting us the home of our dreams! Tavio found and secured an amazing home insurance for us. Bob explained the financials to me with patience and was ever so friendly, a true pleasure to speak with. Brad was there dedicated through the entire process even down to coming to signing when our realtor was out of town. We appreciate and thank you all! A true blessing!

I tried to use Quicken Loan first but then switched to Global Home Finance. It was the best decision we made. Building a home is very stressful. Steven Schindler was amazing at keeping me updated and calm throughout the whole process. He was available and answered all of my questions regarding the loan and the building our of home. He was amazing to work with and I highly recommend him! He walked us through to the very end...even when our home did not appraise at price! Thanks Steven!
