He explained every step of the valuation process, took his time answering our questions, and was simply a pleasure to talk to. He was professional, competent, honest and trustworthy. My family has used this place in the past for jewelry that they wanted to trade in ! Before going here , we did check out one or two other places , we ened up back here with NO regrets!! Chris is the gentlemen that has helped us! Working with Chris is a very smoothe process !!! He is friendly and fair !! Recently I brought some coins into Chris to trade in , he explained them to me and why each one was worth what they were !! If I ever had more items to trade in I would BEVEF even think about going anywhere else !

After a bit of research on the internet I visited Global Gold & Silver today with grandma's Gorham Sterling flatware. Chris validated all I researched (and more) while he explained as he went along how he arrived at the offered (and fair) price. I felt I was treated fairly and respectfully and would recommend the service to anyone with valuables to sell.
