I needed to have some jewelry authenticated to find out the value and after reading the reviews for Glenn's Jewelry and Loans, decided to stop by. The staff was warm and friendly and the atmosphere inviting. Gayla took all the pieces of jewelry and painstakingly looked and analyzed each piece. Her expertise was clear and she took her time to check each piece thoroughly even asking a colleague to check her math to ensure she was accurate on value...she was. While I waited I scoured the jewelry in the cases and found some beautiful pieces for future purchases and the prices were really reasonable.It was an absolute pleasure to do business with Gayla and Glenn's and I highly recommend them for all your jewelry and loan needs.
