My brother Dan and myself own Ideal Insurance Agency and have been fortunate to have been a member of the Glendale Chamber of Commerce since 1996. During the many years we have gained a lot of business, and in addition have developed a lot of great business relationships. Three years ago the Glendale Chamber like many other Chambers was facing growth challenges. Robert Heidt became the new President. Robert has assembled an outstanding staff and help to develop the Board of Directors to become an extremely efficient active board who knows how to put the membership first. In addition the Glendale Chamber under Robert does not always agree with the city, but has bridged a gulf and has a very amicable relationship with both city officials and the city counsel. There are a ton of networking opportunities, that are well attended. The networking group that meets every Wednesday now has over 70 businesses attending. In addition in the last three years the Glendale Chamber has grown from less than 500 members to a membership that is now pressing 1300. Wow, and thank you Glendale Chamber. This Chamber Rocks!!!...
