We refinanced our home with Edwin Arocho at Get a Rate, and had a wonderful experience. He kept us informed throughout the process, and was prompt in answering all of our questions. The process was very smooth, and they worked seamlessly with the settlement agent of our choice to ensure that closing went very smoothly. His honest, informative, and responsive approach to the mortgage process is very unique. Moreover, the rates they offer are extremely competitive! It is a great mix of all the traits you'll want in your mortgage lender!

What a pleasure it is working with Scott Cummings and the Get A Rate team. They make the loan process as seamless as possible from start to finish. When ever I had a question Scott was a quick phone call or text away. More importantly he is a true professional when it comes to handling clients, especially the ones we both share. He took care of their mortgage needs from the initial phone call, all the way to closing! Clients are pleased with his services, just as much as I am. I have just started working with Get A Rate. Based on my research, they are the best ones in the nation! Alicia Gunderman has answered any and all of my questions and concerns via emails and phone call pulling credit. She is such a pleasure to work with. She is dedicated, knowledgeable, patient and really smart. She has the best answers and if she is not 100% sure, she does her research to get you accurate answers the same day. You can not go wrong working with her and she will make the process really easy and has resources and many options to get you the best rate with the least amount of work on your part. Get A Rate is lucky to have Alicia working for them as her great work will lead to a lot more referrals. My friend is already considering to refinance with them just from our brief dinner conversation.

Get A Rate gets it right everytime! I found Get A Rate before buying my first home and eventhough I had no plans to purchase at the moment, I was given so much helpful information. When the time finally came, the entire team I worked with did an outstanding job! Buying a home is already so stressful, they were able to reduce at least some of the stress that comes along with purchasing a home. A year after purchase, we looked into refinancing but we weren't so sure it was the right move or time. Sure enough when rates dropped I contacted Greg Marsh. He is AMAZING! Very knowledgable and always available to answer all questions. The process to refinance was seamless. When we hit a small bump with closing costs Greg did everything in his power to help us close. I can't say enough good things about Get A Rate and the staff!

Daniel Valencia is professional and super patient. We had worked previously with a lender and did not have a good experience as he was rarely available. Dan was recommended to us by a realtor and my family purchased our first long awaited home with him. He even took our calls on his vacation when we had concerns and questions.
