this place has really gone downhill since the manager left earlier in the year. can't recall his name, but he was great. the new woman is rarely ever there; you wait forever to speak with someone & they took the Saturday hours away, making it impossible for members working full time to ever be able to go there to speak with someone. horrible service now. very disappointed.
