this company has the worst customer service i have ever had to deal with. with that said i make my payments on time or before due date and pay a little extra.. i made an over payment and still had a credit left on the card but no....i cant use this card after 5 days past the payment made. i now have an over payment of $111.60 that i cant use. after three phone calls they still wont unlock my card that should have never been locked in the first place. DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH THIS COMPANY YOU WILL REGRET IT. i am also wishing i could give negative stars.
