Bad company to work for. Bonus? Think again. You won’t get one. People that have been there have fixed it so they will always hit and you just keep getting what they call “performance write ups” and you try as much as you can only to get fired for doing your job. There’s no support and nothing you can do, they just say “work on your talk off”, and then that’s it. Next thing you know, fired. Most of the management has been terminated or their “job position eliminated” or so they say. save yourself a W-2, don’t work here. Most of the accounts they get don’t settle, they want ridiculous payment amounts for the debt you owe. They say “I can’t guarantee this offer will be available in the future” but it most likely will. They make billions of dollars a year and they can’t even fix a bathroom door handle for Christ sake. If you owe debt, you’re better off calling the school itself you owe debt to then to go thru these ppl. Hard to believe they’re a branch of Navient, they’re like the retarded half cousin you invite to dinner cuz aunt Bonnie told you to and you don’t want her mad at you so you suck it up and deal with him.
