Jeep in Freehold was AMAZING. Actually, Belle was amazing. She was attentive and friendly and always made me feel welcome. I had a very unique and specific situation all around. I had been turned down by other dealerships in the area and I even had an extremely unpleasant interaction at another location. Belle reached out and heard me out. She invited me to the Freehold location and she helped me every step of the way. I was put into an amazing Kia Optima 2015 and they helped me out of my other car situation. I was thankful they helped and provided a solution. I am now in a reliable car that I LOVE and I am happy with my experience and my purchase. The manager who I dealt with (I can't remember his name but he looks like the actor who plays Rachel's boss in Friends) and Christine (she handled the financial aspect) were also great but I am sorry guys my favorite part was Belle. She is a great sales associate.

My experience at Freehold Jeep was good! I was able to find a car that I liked and felt good driving in. John was knowledgeable and knew everything about the Jeep Compasses I was interested in. John and his managers were professional and willing to do whatever was necessary to get me in the car I wanted that day. I recommend buying your next Jeep at this location.

I was recently at Freehold Jeep with my mom who was looking for a new car. Working with Belle was a pleasure! Car buying is usually a very stress all day experience but Belle was terrific. She made everything so pleasant and easy from the minute we stepped onto the lot! Her lovely personality is what sold us initially and she made our experience there flawless. We went to a couple other dealerships in the area and nothing compares to the friendliness and just great overall attitude we found at Jeep. I would recommend Freehold Jeep for anyone looking for a new car. Belle in particular was fabulous and add in Kristina from Finance, who was also amazing, it's a team that can't be beat! They were both patient and so helpful. They take the sting out of buying a new car. Freehold Jeep will always be my first stop now when looking for a car.

Bob was exceptionally professional to sell me my first car!! He exceeds in being highly accommodative and made sure that I was taken cared of such as constantly offering beverages and playing board games to kill the time of waiting. He basically broke the scale in my point of view, because 5 stars is not enough for his professionalism. Thank you Bob.

I bought a preowned vehicle from Freehold Jeep. I worked with 4 people while I was there. The owner, the general manager Jeremiah, the salesperson Bell, and the finance manager Ed. Each person was smiling, friendly, and had my best interest in mind. It was the absolute best car buying experience I have had. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
