An amazing car buying experience. I was greeted by Nikki when I walked in and I was so lucky to have her at my side during the selection and purchasing process. Too often, sales professionals don't understand that the most important part of selling is listening. That was not the case with Nikki. We discussed my parameters and preferences and Nikki made sure she addressed every point. She is knowledgeable, kind, low pressure and worked hard to put together the deal that worked for me and a car I love! She also made sure that she spent the time I needed to understand all the buttons. In fact, I was so impressed with her and my new Tucson, my daughter and I went back the very next day -- that's how highly I thought of her and the experience. She didn't disappoint.
