I went in to buy a pre-owned vehicle I saw the day before, apparently it was literally sold right under my nose (not their fault), someone just beat me to it. When Howard "Mac" saw my face he knew, so he called his manager Cary (who was amazing) and gave me a deal I could not turn down. Now I have a brand new 2020 instead of a 2017. Thanks for turning a frown upside down :)
