Have used this bond company several times. Even given referrals to friends and family. Never had a bad experience. They went out of there way on a few occasions. I have personally met the couple that own the company, they are caring ,humble and hands on.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I called the man on the phone and told him I was coming and I would be there within the next 2 minutes.When I arrived door it was locked. I then proceeded to call him and let him know "I was the person who he had just spoken with and I ask if they where closed?" He then responded to me stating" Well did you knock on the door I'm in here"!!. He literally sat there and made me knock in the door before getting up to come open it , after knowing that I was I already there!! They are in desperate needs a NEW STAFF , that can better assist customers with respect! I went across the street to Anytime Bail Bonding.I didn't have any problems with the agency. They where very friendly, professional and fast. I would rather pay a little bit more money then to deal with Rude Nasty people who thrive off of people being more stressed in an already difficult,stressful situation. DOOOO NOTTTT EVER go to Free At Last Bail Bonding!!! Save yourself the headache. *I never really knew how much this post could change things. I receive a call from a Mr. Jeffery Rayans from the Marketing Department of Free At Last Bail Bonding Company. He was literally a breath of fresh air! He took his time to apologize on behalf of the entire company. We chatted over the phone well over 30 mintues about the expreince I encountered with the employee. And I expressed my concerns for the company. He actually listen to my concerns with nothing but positive feed back. I really appreciate him calling me, it really shows that this company really do value their customers feedback ,and care about what effects their customer services leave with clients. Im so thankful that I called the company and they where able to reach out to me. I pray that they find a replacement for the young man who deals with customers. Because he is clearly not a great fit for such a great company. One bad seed can ruin the entire batch.

Terrible customer service. These people don't realize that the lifeline to any business is the customer. I would not recommend this place to any human being. They are not personable at all. I wish that I could five the a minus 0 as a rating👎👎👎👎

I am just digusted. I've dealt with them for 3 years unfortunately bringing them business. I'm sick in bed with fibroids and in remission for the past 2 weeks which is very painful. With 8 kids we depend on my other half. He was hit in the snow weeks ago so out of work due to car being messed up so he's short on his $300 bond. I asked them to give us 3 days til my ssi check come and they said no he'll be picked up tomorrow. Really you just want him in jail that bad. I understand they did put the money up for him to get out. But I'm over cancer and in the bed with painful fibroids and he's still out trying to get the money and feed us. Mind you the charges are to be dropped but can't be until they actually go to court. So now ill probably loose my house and have to split my kids up with whoever willing to take them as I am unable to by myself right now

My case has been dismissed over 3 months , they have held my CASH collateral since then, my paperwork was turned in the day of the case dismissal, every time I have called, even the corporate office I have been given different information pertaining to my check being cut. It was suppose to be 21 business days. This is very bad business and even more of a bigger inconvenience. there is over a thousand of my dollars that they have had possession of. I will never be doing business with them again and will not refer anyone to them. Customer satisfaction goes a long way and they don’t have that.

I worked with Ms Linda the process was a very aggravating and she was very patient with me and she was very helpful and informing because this was my first time dealing with anyone being locked up I GIVE HER 5 stars!!!!!!!!!!

Do not use them they are the worst, I went and had a great experience with Judy who apparently does not work in the office she was filling in. She was awesome, so i had to get another person bonded and Judy had already taken care of all the paperwork I just had to go get the money. When i called back and asked for Judy i got a lady who was rude. She told me she didn't know where the file was and i just needed to come down and redo the paper work and that i should just bond them out myself because they would require the full bond to be paid. I hung up and went to the Atlanta office and explained my situations. They proceeded to be amazing. To make matters worse the office was bitter about using the downtown office that was 5 min from my home that they would give us wrong information and tell us they had talked to the downtown office and now we needed a cosigner. They also deliberately didn't sing the bond for 3 hours after we paid to try and punish us for letting the downtown office now they were being shady and deliberately giving us information to keep us from getting our family out of jail. This is a tough time for people and they take advantage of people in a vulnerable position Angelica and Mr Fipps need to terminated immediately from their jobs . Shame on you guys for what you put people through its deplorable.

This was my first time ever having to deal with a bail bondsman and my experience was terrible. For someone who deals with people on a daily basis, their customer service was horrible. There was no greeting upon entering and I felt I was treated differently based on the color of my skin. The attitudes in this place was uncalled for. Not sure if the one lady was having a bad night due to being the only person on duty but she could have treated her clients better. If I ever had to use another bail bondsman, I would not use this company with their current staff.
