I've recently had some troubles with my account and the Oil City branch was very professional and courteous while the Franklin branch was very ignorant and unprofessional. While asking a question about my account and MY money, I was told I could not withdraw MY money until the issue (that was on their end) was fixed. 20 minutes later at the Oil City branch, they actually FIXED my account AND allowed me to withdraw MY money. I will not be dealing with the Franklin Branch EVER again and I recommend anyone that reads this does the same. Do not deal with the Franklin branch but rather the Oil City branch. They will take care of you.

Well the website says the drive thru is open til 5pm, I got there at 20 mins til 5 & they were already closed, all the bank employees were on their way to their cars at that time. Thanks a bunch!!! Now I'm going to have to race over 1st thing in the morning & hope they don't come to shut my utilities off before you open in the morning. Hopefully your open time listed is the correct time!

My husbands due date for a loan was the 26th of every month and they reported to the credit bureau every 2nd of the month saying he didn't pay his loan, this dropped his score horribly and they will fix this! They say you don't pay when you do!!! Keep all your receipts!!!!!!!!! They are all messed up in there!!!!!!

This bank is the largest joke in the area. The Oil City's new branch manager refused to speak directly to me and continued to have me funneled through employees that(while professional) couldn't help me. They constantly have problems with their debit cards causing me more problems than I would ever want to handle. Pleas to speak to the board have gone unanswered by the CEO which apparently is somewhere else but also sucks at talking to the members(which you would think being a credit union WE THE PEOPLE SHOULD MATTER! I will be closing my account immediately. I've talked to so many friends and locals with the same frustrations. THIS BANK BLOWS! Go to GALAXY!

Tonya took my information for a loan and then never called me back. Left her voicemails and everything and still no response. Tried a different bank that treated me better and had me an answer in a hour and I can go get my car.
