My wife and I had visited Palm Springs many times over the years while living in Los Angeles. We decided to buy a home and make a move to Palm Springs full time. We were excited but also knew it could be a daunting experience with all that is involved in a home purchase. Finding the home is one thing but the truly daunting part is all that follows. A true gift was being connected to Sean Teague at Franklin Loan Center to handle the loan process. His patience making sure we understood each step fully could not have been better. This is his job every day but he made us feel like we were friends he was helping out and was determined for it all to be perfect. Sean brought us calmness when that was the last thing we were feeling. He made the difficult parts make sense, the roadblocks to disappear and reassured us when our confidence was lacking. He made sure we remembered to breathe.Sean is such a good person and approaches his clients in a very human and caring way. Early on, he told my wife that he doesn't just hold to office ours, to call day or night for any need. He showed this to be true, usually answering our call and if not, returning our call quickly. We are in our home as of this past week. We are so excited and feel such gratitude towards Sean. Anyone who is looking to purchase a home anywhere in the Palm Springs area can do no better than entrust themselves to Sean Teague to handle their loan.
