Contacted company to do my taxes, was assigned Matt Holland. Found him to be rude and incompetent. He became frustrated and disrespectful when challenged with questions why certain things were not deductible. I had to seek another outside accountant to double check tax return after paying in full. New accountant found deductions that were missed by Mr.Holland, who we found out has a temper. Not only did he hang up in my face, but he stated " we don't need you as clients". Is that appropriate to tell clients, even if you are frustrated with them? I would not recommend him! If you are seeking assistance with personal or corporate taxes, please seek another accountant in the firm whose is more tenured.
