I just recently went by 4 shops stating my jewelry wasn't worth $500.... Went to fox jewelry .stated my stuff was worth quadruple what others said .they have my jewelry biz for life!!

Very kind professional staff and such a beautiful clean store! They did an amazing job with my engagement ring in a timely manner. I can honestly say I am very impressed and very grateful and would definitely highly recommend them to anyone for their jewelry needs.

Richard is the best. I lost my first engagement ring that my husband paid more than $2,000 for. We went back after our wedding and told Richard the story of how my vanity was the cause of me losing my ring and he gave us a discount on a new ring. It's not as fancy as my first ring but I love it nonetheless. My husband and I shop for all of our Jewelry at Fox. The sweet lil lady that works up front is a true gem. She has been with Richard since hatchet was a hammer. I remember her when I was a little girl and would go to Fox with my great granny and I'm over 50 lol

I went in looking for a Rolex watch for myself. When the older Black lady asked me how could she help, I told her I was just looking. She loudly continued her gossip session on the phone about church, the deacon, so on and so forth. Then an old White guy came up & told her, "She's a looky-loo." I kept walking to the back where I saw watches until I spotted the Rolex watches. Then the older guy notices my work shirt & decides he wants to make conversation when he saw where I work. Lastly, he asked me why I wanted a Rolex like its a crime. I could tell my money or business wasn't welcome here so I kept my Louis Vuitton closed, hopped in my Mercedes-Benz & left. You all shouldn't judge people pockets. Keep in mind your USED Rolex I was looking at was only 7k, which I have way more than enough in just 1 of my accounts to pay for. I'll go to Mayors Jewelers & treat myself to a brand new one that I deserve instead of someone else's trash. You lost a very easy sale last Friday. I'll never return.

The sales clerk who is the old Caucasian male in there was a jerk. He had bad customer service and lied about the worth of my jewelry. I was solely in theregards to do a test of the customer service at this location and they FAILED BIG TIME. I would not suggest going here ever.
