I recently sold some property and I needed a way to protect my equity. I met with Jeff and Dan several times and after speaking with them I decided to go into a DST. AThe staff at Fortitude especially Roy and Amy helped me with all of the paper work and they made it a very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone who might need a way to protect their equity from taxes.
