Very Rude & poor customer service. I found the Calgary location online as it details above, got my directions and spent half hour looking for Focus Loans while calling them. After being put on hold 3 separate times and for over half a hour I was told there was no Calgary location. I tried to explain that I found this location via google and they should remove it. She told me I was wrong, I was removed years ago. I tried to explain again, no I literally just spend half hour looking for you and she Hung Up on me!! I wasn't angry or even frustrated, was simply trying to let her know Google still shows an active location in Calgary. Awful customer service, so rude. I will not ever loan from them.

Getting a payday loan from Focus Financial was quick and hassle free. I used my cell phone to apply online. They have an app that you can use to send in screen shots of your bank statement, so no need to fax anything. It really could not have been easier. I heard back from them within ten minutes and then before I knew it they’d sent me the money by email money transfer. I used my cell phone for the entire process, which was extremely convenient.

I needed to borrow a few hundred dollars for a week until my next payday but I don’t have the best credit. Thankfully Focus Financial was still able to help me out. All I had to do was send in my bank statement and they based their decision off of that. They sent the money by email money transfer so I had it within half an hour. I honestly couldn’t believe how simple the entire process was.
