Worst bank in Lake City if not the worst bank I have ever used. Started a checking account and order checks and after a month went by and still no checks I had to call.Thought problem was resolved and it wasnt so had to make a trip into the bank and speak to someone since they could not get it right the first 2 times....there new updated app still sucks and the atm they have litterally sends you out a envelope to deposit cash instead of just putting it into the atm. They charge you for everything so if you need bank statements that will cost you money. There are way to many better options in Lake City now for anyone to be using this bank. I will be switching banks by the end of next week. If I could give 0 stars I would.
