I have been with Fl.Credit Union for about 7years. I recently applied for pre approval for a car loan. It was toward the end of the day but was told by Diane that it looked like my loan would go right through(credit score is 856). I had to call the next day to find out. Towards the end of the next week, Diane called me and I was attending a funeral so had to return her call the next day. Left a message. She NEVER got back with me. Received a letter in the mail stating my loan was no longer approved because of incomplete Application although I had completed it and was told it was approved the week before. I am now closing my account!
