Today, was my first time speaking with customer service. I was informed my address had been changed since 9/21/18. I always pay early via phone, occasionally check my mail, and did not realize I stopped receiving bills. A rep and her supervisor couldn't confirm how the addy was changed. Also, I needed an extension, and spoke with the driest rep. She told me she documented when I will pay, but it's not an "arrangement"...so I can freely pay whenever, and I was wrong for calling????? I paid half today, and her attitude suggested it was insignificant. Follow-up: Someone did reach out regarding the arrangement, and she stated she did not know why the rep informed there were no arrangements. I don't know how she knew to reach out, but I was given a 2 month extension.Also, I emailed a complaint today via the website. To date, I have no clarification regarding the 9/21/18 unauthorized addy change, and I still have not received bills...

They are a really good company, and they are very understanding. I would recommend this company to anyone especially if you are trying to get a vehicle financed.

this place sucks, they call even if you are only 2 days late and then after you make a payment they continuously call EVERYDAY because they are incompetent and cant look in an account and see it was already paid.

Much better financing with a creidt union . They charge you when you make a payment via a 3rd party service in order to increase the amount of fees they receive

The worst company I have ever had to deal with. I have literally made payments that they allocated incorrectly. I.e. if my payment due is 354.58 and I make a payment of 400.00 with the remaining balance going to the principal. You would think they would know how to allocate those funds correctly. No they allocate 400 to principal and didn't make the actual payment. Really that's just the straw that broke the camel's back. There have been so many other problems with them, should I have to call them every month asking for a bill and statement? The list goes on and on... I can't tell you how many times I've spoken with a manager, or supervisor. Of all the company's I've dealt with on my time on this earth, they are the absolute worst!!

If I could rate them a zero, I would. Worst customer service experience ever. Even worse than calling the cable companies. Had really hard time registering my car in another state when I moved. No one is responsive. Was transferred to various people and got different answers from every one. Unbelievable. Cannot wait to pay off my car loan so I'll never have to deal with them again!

Predatory lender, please beware and refinance your car with a credit union , you well save hundred in interest payments!
