I waited over four days to have them come out to my home to pick up furniture that I am trying to sell. They were a “no show” on the date I was scheduled and then were late on the reschedule date. When they arrived the gentleman who came to my home was rude and when I asked him for a break down on how he was pricing my furniture he yelled at me and said that there would be no deal today (even after they removed my furniture from my home). The man continued to be rude and broke a dresser while trying to bring my furniture back into my home and only gave my wife $25 for that dresser that they broke! Now I need to replace it. In a rage he answered the pricing he gave us and even his own math and numbers were off. I needed clarification and he wouldn’t entertain me, a customer. I find that five points auction seriously needs to train this man in customer service. He claims his dad owns the company and then Proceeded to insult me and said, “you’ve obviously never been to one of our auctions.” Truth is I have been to an auction there and I feel that this employee was seriously low balling and when I asked for the pricing (questioning him) he got angry and said “nope, don’t want your business”. This is okay because I don’t want to ever do business with five points ever again. They fail to service the customer and acknowledge that customers may have questions that need answering. This man , claiming to be the son of the owner, shouldn’t be dealing with the public and after this interaction with him and five points, I will never do business with them again and I will share this experience with all friends and family. Time to call the next auction house.
