I have been with Firstmark for more than six years. When I really needed help on a loan they told me I was approved! When I returned with my income tax form they said I was denied! Giving out false information is so devastating, especially when you thought you already got approved and thinking you can pay your bills on time. Very disappointed.

Customer service is bad, especially dealing with Tanya. She will turn you away for any little thing. Now any other Firstmark Credit Union doesnt have people like Tanya and get things get done to receive your hard earned working money. Will never go there again.

It takes over 20 minutes to get someone on the phone and when you get someone they transfer you and you're waiting even longer.

The Drive bank teller is So Slow! It's always take a long time to get out of here. If there's no one there to it being busy. If it's busy it is worse! We went on a Friday and it took all 30 minutes to move up a car. Everyone was waiting for a long time. There was only ONE teller the other one was just sitting there. So terrible.
