This place has caused me to lose points on my credit, my car is paid off and I keep getting updates on my credit about I still owe money. They sent me the $0 balance for my account, however it shows $4,600 at this moment and the car was paid off in June. I'm trying to get another car but have to deal with this issue, I have the paperwork and this company should understand how important it is to make sure that they are reporting accurate information. I called and they said it wasn't them, But the credit bureau can't report something they didn't receive.
