Overall Feedback:
When on my honeymoon I had misplaced my debit card and ID. My next day off work I was scheduled to meet with the DMV to get a new driver’s license, but before then I needed a new debit card. I knew my social, had my checkbook, and knew someone higher up that worked out of this location... he even saw me as soon as I walked in, greeted me, and knowing what I needed said the woman I sat down with could most definitely help me with this. I sat down with Penny, and she from the beginning was extremely rude. I gave her my social security # which she proceeded to tell me was wrong, even though it turned out to be accurate. She asked me if someone knew me that worked there, I told her C**** H**** did (whom was the gentleman I was speaking about above), then she mentioned me giving the wrong social and me acting “suspicious” and that she could not give me a new debit card. She finished with saying that if someone there knew me, then she could. Well clearly someone there knew me. I am actively complaining about this, because I was not treated fairly. She was black and I was white... did that have something to do with it?
