We have banked with FNB Pasco since its inception. We banked there when it was a trailer on a plot of ground! We love our home town bank, where they know you by name and greet you when you walk in the door.

I cannot even imagine the one, lonely bad review because this bank is the BEST. I'm sure the employees just thought she was already helped because there is always someone available and you can just talk to a teller if the service folks are occupied. This bank has local, personal, and EXCELLENT service. Real people answer the phone. No red tape. I have had accounts at other local banks including San Antonio Citizens (mostly nice) and Suncoast Schools (has gone WAY downhill) but FNB is by far the best.

I have been a customer for 10 years but distance has always been a factor regarding premise visits, therefore much of my banking is either on line or via telephone. It has been my experience that everyone I have communicated, are friendly, polite, professional and respond timely. I highly recommend this institution/

Awful customer service, Had an appointment, walked in No one acknowledges that I'm even there, waited about 40 minutes just to walk out, No one even had the courtesy to say someone will be right with you, Won't ever go back
