Overall Feedback:
Bank's in the modern era are about neck and neck as far as what services they offer. So a big factor is customer service. At one time First National hung their hat on customer service. Other than a womanizing former president, FNB was customer friendly. You entered their facilities and were greeted with a "hello" and a sincere "how are you?". It was a pleasure to do your business and continue your day. As with most businesses, people retire, management changes and people are forced out. Those events has happened at FNB in recent years and the attitude of the banking has reflected that.A prime example of that is bank officer Vicky Gullion. Sporting the compassion of a dung beatle, Ms. Gullion has gone out of her way to set her aim on those down on their luck. Ms. Gullion hand picks clients that are struggling and shines up her goose stepping boots in hopes of a forfeiture or foreclosure of their property so she can buy them up cheap and stock her collection of rental homes. This review might be a,reflection just upon her. But someone hired her, keeps her employed and condones her ways. So that reflects on the once cordial First National Bank. There are too many banks and too many options to suffer with a miserable institution such as this. Do your homework and find a bank that suits your needs without a knife hidden behind their back.
