This is my primary bank, and it's excellent. You get all the benefits of a local bank, with the staff recognizing your face and name and being friendly over the years, and none of the drawbacks, as their website works very well. You will have to visit their other location if you want to do any business on a Saturday, but that's not a dealbreaker for me.
