I’ve banked with them for about three months and already have two mistakes on my account. First the drive through put my deposit in the wrong account. Then my Treasury direct deposit gets screwed up when I’ve been receiving it on the first every month. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

The best Banking institute in Slidell and best I've ever dealt with. The entire staff is helpful and does everything possible to meet their customers needs. I banked with other credit unions and did not find this to be true. Thanks for being the Best!

I've been with First Castle for more than a year now. Everyone is always courteous and fast. No ATM fees, a good credit card rate, and money back in my checking and savings every month. You can't find that anywhere else. So glad I finally left Regions.

Horrible experience. Banked with them for a month and a half and every bill paid had a late charge on it. Their systems move like it's 82' the employees are only friendly to open the account and very unprofessional. The phone msg says they treat you like royalty, they do not. They keep a horrible ledger and have rules they follow to make sure their customers keep the lights on for them by paying outrageous fees. I'm calling the BBB and I'm reporting their faulty procedures. Amanda & Tyra are the worst ones, very rude and snippy. Make another selection to bank.

I really love this bank. I was with Capital One in the past & it was a horrible banking experience. Switched to first castle and never had a bad experience. Staff is always nice and helpful. Never have any random weird bogus charges. Really love this bank.
