We have been using First Capital Payments for about a year now and so far everything has been great. I had an issue with EMV compliance and they took care of it in minutes. One phone call, real person, no transfer, none of this press 1 for this or 2 for that, same person that picked up solved the problem. The account managers were very accommodating when I signed up. They gave me a week to test out a couple different POS systems. I switched banks and part of that process was a credit card processing consultation. The bank consultant said it was the only time he has ever had to turn down a customer because he just couldn't beat the rates. I know people hate Credit Card processors, If you are a business owner you get multiple calls a day.... I would imagine that the less than desirable reviews come from the pent up frustration people have about the industry in general. These are good guys, they are local, they have great rates and great service. Very satisfied.
