Their rates are comparable, but that's where it stops. Once you sign the contract, they begin assessing fees that are in the contract but that they don't disclose in the offer, they leased me a terminal for 3 years for $20.00 a month. Our new processor (with rates basically the same) sold me a new machine for $200.00. They also charge a $495.00 early termination fee. First Capital Payments may follow the letter of the law, but they are unethical and I would highly recommend staying far, far away from them!
