& they're lucky to even get 1 star.... I have written about 20 reviews & all my reviews are described in very good detail & have all been 5 stars so far besides one other business. This business will request a bunch of documents from you & wait days to get you an answer & they decline you after going through sending a bunch of documents to them... The sales associate was very rude to me & requested documents that i already sent in to them. Then she had a nasty attitude with me on the phone. Im a fair person and I'm writing this review based on my experience with them. 2 of my colleagues own companies that do the same thing that i do & they were approved. Its not a big deal that they didn't approve me, its a big deal though that you had an attitude & wasted my time because I sent in a ton of documents to them and the sales associate was very rude...

To be fair since 2016 my password reset button never works. I can call but all I get is lip. Takes days to get it reset. Not like I have stuff to do. Mouths to feed. Takes about roughly 20 minutes to convince them they don't want to help you. Takes another week to find someone who knows how to reset the password.

I've used these guys for about a year. Their customer service is great. They are very attentive to my needs if I need to call for anything. Whenever they say they're going to do something, they do it. They always follow through. I'd recommend these guys for anyone looking for a payment processor.
