Client Review on Finex
Feedback:
I'm almost 38 years old. I've had my checking and savings account here since I was literally a baby. My mother opened it up so my grandparents could get savings bonds and stuff, plus for her to put money in it for when I was older. This was back when it was First New England Credit Union.. and well, they might might as well change their name to Bank of America or Chase. They are not a Credit Union anymore. Fees fees fees seem to be their game now. $20 charge for a lost card replacement???!! $5 fee per card per month if you don't meet a transaction limit?? This isn't my primary bank, but I still use my account frequently and this is just ridiculous. My primary Credit Union, if you lose your card they literally print one up for you free of charge right there inside the bank.... and it's a Chip Card as well so don't tell me it costs more because of that ( like the lady I talked to at Finex tried to pass that excuse off as) I'm really disappointed in Finex because Credit Unions have a better reputation than big banks, but definitely not here.
