If I could give this branch 10 stars I would! Big shout out to Jake at the Longview Branch He was VERY helpful, knowledgable, and encouraging. I had about 10 different questions that I was not really clear on the answers to and Jake just started dropping knowledge bombs on all of them! This guy needs a raise! Employee of the month! I now have a vast knowledge and understanding to more concepts of credit and loans than I ever knew existed. Thank you very much for your time and help. I have been with Fibre (TLC) for a little over a year and I hope to do business with them for decades to come! 10/10 would highly recommend 😃
