I haved used FBC for over 10-15 years. Started when I had a small business. Then had some other issues with CRA due to a death in my family. I was so glad I was still using them after I had decided to close my company and move on. They have been able to answer and help me with lots of financial decision as well. Now that I am retired their are even more questions and issues I need help with.

Over priced - under deliver. After my taxes were done, I caught $8,000 worth of blatant mistakes and credits owed to me. Lazy approach for capturing expenses. If I know their job, what do I need them for?The girls in the office are great though and they are the ones getting the stars here.

Subsequently, FBC has devoted considerable time and effort negotiating with CRA on my behalf. FBC has proven their dedication to meeting my every tax need.
