Client Review on Fast Loans

I have been a long time customer. I started going when the Bloomfield location was still around. I am not happy with the current Customer Service I have been receiving. I notice that these girls are very lazy anymore. They sit at the stations and I personally feel they need to be standing in order to perform faster. They sit around joke and cackle with each other. They only smile and greet customers they like. They give people a hard time over getting a loan. One of the New hires asked the Manager, I think her name is Lyndsay, about a piece of paper work and she glanced at it and said NO. She didn't even look at the damn information. She has given problems before, she says smart remarks about the owner of the company in front of customers, and all the employees talk badly about the owner of the company in front of customers. None of them like their jobs or their employer. I should not know any of that. That is not stuff that you let your customers know. I'm sorry, They need to get a brand new staff. These Younger girls have no respect. They are very rude at times. I do understand that the other locations did close down, but this is not a reason to slow individual production down, and treat paying, loyal customers this way. This is your job! Customer service is not for ANY of these ladies. Sorry to the owner who may or may not read this, according to your staff, your not a good employer and you don't keep up with your company. I hope you do check google reviews at some point through out the year. I hope that this post will help you reconsider the staff you have, and I hope to see new staff very soon.I can't give the business its self 1 star, I love the services that are available. The prices are very reasonable and It's in a VERY convenient location.
