Previously had very good experience here, the manager has always been helpful and like a true family business has always been fair on price and negotiation. This morning however i had a completely different experience. The member of staff in store was incredibly miserable and seemed unwilling to help. In fact he looked completely out of it, like he had took much gear at the weekend. When i asked to look at an item in more depth he reluctantly came to help and when i asked to negotiate price he sternly said "no", trying to explain how items that had been in the the store for longer were priced higher, which made no sense what so ever. I quickly left the store and got a newer model for the same price at CEX. It's a shame, my previous experience here has been good
