Gave a pretty good value for my guns when I wanted to pawn them for some extra cash. I'm not an experienced pawner, so I asked a lot of questions. I even came in after and asked more questions about paying down the principal. They said it was fine to pay more than the interest to lower the principal (and therefore lower the interest)... when I came in to actually make a payment, I was told that any time I want to lower the principal I have to pay for a background check AND fees for starting a new loan. So now I have to continue paying them higher interest while I save extra cash on my own to pay the loan off entirely. They don't care, they're making more money off me.

I've used this store for years and love the staff here! They've always been fair and they always keep in contact with me if I'm late on a payment. I will always use them.

Didn't even get to go in at 1:47 pm. Someone did yell inside but I don't know what was said. How long is a girl to wait outside.

Run by a man who is so shrewd it puts Scrooge to shame. Sketchy AF! You literally have to ring a doorbell to get buzzed into the dirtiest store you've ever seen. In addition to the shrewd nature of their business, customer service is terrible. I was waiting to have my computer appraised when a lady walks in and says she's selling some jewelry. Without any attention on me he gruftly replies "how much jewelry." Just stay away, you'll probably get shot if you hang around that hood too much.

I will never come to this store again.. got 2 playstation controllers thay were broke did not get 15 dollar insurance so thay cant help..so I go back to get a computer got the 15 doller insurance took it back it was not working right thay exchanged it.. charge me 15 dollars the computer thay exchanged broke also thay charged 15 dollars for that one too30 dollars for 2 broke computer clown show...shady thief type stuff going on there
