Great place when machines are working, employees are paying attention and not in back. Also, helps when they stay open until time on doors. Went at 3:37pm doors already locked and they're open until 4. 3rd time I've tried to go and they close their doors early and stand in there and watch you.

So happy with this place. As said from the previous person here, they take all returns with the 5 cent NY return on them no mater where you bought them. Quck and easy. They have new hours added for Saturday as on December 2017. Morning till early afternoon. Fast sorting machine helps the workers out much better now.

Can't rate the service because they and the other location closed between 1 and 1:30. If you have 2 locations in town, why would you close both of them at the exact same time for lunch. Their website does not indicate this. I pulled up to the front of the store a couple of minutes before 1. As I walked up to the store, a couple walked out. The lady manning the store locked the door behind them as she saw me standing there waiting for the people to exit. Rude beyond belief! Will never go back there.

Used to like coming to this place, but not anymore. I regularly brought bottles back there to donate to charity but the workers have gone down hill. They are very rude now and make you feel as if you're budening them by dropping off bottles there. It was so bad I asked if I should take them somewhere else. They also started forcing you to use a machine even when their workers are doing nothing. (Apparently a corporate policy.) Go somewhere else. Not worth the hassle or rudeness.

Always pleasant with me anytime I am in. Always an accurate count. I have checked their numbers against mine and they always match. Local and convenient. Ten minutes has been my top wait in the business. Five Stars hands down.

This place is a rip off. Took in 2 industrial size tall trash bags, 4 regular size trash bags, 3 small boxes and a regular size tote all full or over full and the female employee pays us $28.00. Last time we turned in this amount of cans and bottles we did ourselves at Walmart and collected $49.00 and change. Took us about 30 minutes to do ourselves but at least we got our money back. This place aside from unfriendly complete rip off.

Really People Are Busy How Can you put Them Down Because they closed 15 minutes early? I go there all the Time! She had to for very personally reasons! I can't comment on the advertised service because the young lady on duty locked up at 3:45 with 3 of us pulling up in front. When reminded that the posted close time is 4:00, she explained that it is a holiday weekend. 15 minutes. 3 people at the door. Disrespectful and unprofessional.
