This bank is the worst Farmington bank you could ever go to. The manager at this location is ridiculous. They say there the best but they treat you disrespectfully. They always have a parked car in the middle of there 3 car lane so none can use the middle lane. They take forever and although there customers service department on the phone isn’t bad, it’s this particular branch that ruins it for the rest. Make sure to do your research before going to this branch!!!! Even though the Plainville branch is 9 minutes away it’s 100 times more better an they should be taking pointers from that branch.
