Been a frmcu member for a few years, financed my last car loan with them. Attempted to apply for a 2nd car loan with them and missed a call, have called back and left messages 3 times now and have yet to get anyone to call back to me. Last time I called I could hear who ever answered the phone ask the person I was calling for if they had called me and I was out through to a voice mail and left another message. Wouldn't advise using any bank that is this difficult to get a hold of for any loans.

If you're looking for a place to have an account and do very basic banking (cashing checks, getting change/changing bills, etc.) FRMCU does the job. Don't bother with money orders from here whether you have an account or not, there are plenty of pharmacies and other businesses in the neighborhood where the cost is lower. Their online "member" portal doesn't provide copies of checks and support can be a bit lackluster and seems more scripted, in that it seems to rely on keywords and quoting policy instead of answering questions or providing personalized service. The change machine seems to be frequently down and there is no alternative to deposit change with the only suggestion being to "go to another branch".Not bad at all, and I've never really had a problem with the employees themselves, just a 3-star "average" institution. I can't speak for any sort of loans with this CU just yet.

I have been with FRMCU over 10 years. The customer service is always friendly and professional, definitely earned the 5 stars..! Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
